Refund Policy

At our bookshop, we have a 14-day refund policy. If you are dissatisfied with a book you received, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive the book back, we will process a refund for you. To do this, we require the invoice number or, if you received the book as a gift, the delivery order number. We hope you are pleased with your purchase, but if you are not, we are here to help.

All returned books should be returned in their original condition. In the unlikely event that an item is in an unsuitable condition, the return will not be accepted


You can drop off your return at our office in Luqa.

If you would prefer to exchange the book with another title, please contact us via email at before returning the book with the Name/ISBN number of the book/s that you would like to replace it with. We will prepare the replacement order for you to collect when you drop off the return at our Office.  

If you prefer not to exchange the book, and you return your order within 14 days of receiving it, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. You can expect to receive your refund within 30 working days.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
